What We Do

In the foreseeable future, a significant role in our lives will be played by the main factors of sustainable construction – energy-efficiency, ecology, and economy. Because of that, over the past three years, architecture designing bureau GRADOVSKA DARBNĪCA has focused on projects connected with increasing the energy-efficiency of buildings. We prepare a complete set of technical documentation – energy audit, technical inspection conclusion, building renovation project, heating system renovation project, cost estimate, and application for co-financing of the Climate Change Financial Instrument (KPFI) or ERDF – for projects improving the thermal efficiency of residential buildings, public buildings, education establishments and industrial facilities.

Since 2008, we have been acquiring professional theoretical knowledge in the construction technologies of passive and low-energy houses. In the near future, architecture designing bureau GRADOVSKA DARBNĪCA intends to focus on the design of passive houses or low-energy houses with features of passive houses.
